🚚 Local Same Day Delivery – Vancouver & Burnaby

We are proud to offer Same Day Delivery, 7 Days a Week, in Vancouver and Burnaby only.

  • Delivery Hours: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM Daily (Last call at 8:30 PM)
  • Sundays & Holidays: Modified hours or no service – last delivery at 8:30 PM if available
  • For delivery questions, please contact us during business hours.

➀ To Use Same Day Delivery:

  • Select β€œLOCAL DELIVERY” at checkout.
  • You must be home to receive the order.
  • Government-issued ID (19+) is required at delivery.

Missed Delivery Policy:
If you are not available to receive your order and the delivery is returned, you will not be refunded the delivery fee and you will be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.

To avoid missed deliveries, please let us know the best time for drop-off when placing your order.


πŸ“¦ Shipping Within Canada

All in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will generally be shipped the same day, unless otherwise notified.

Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or another reputable courier service depending on your region.

Note: If you receive a tracking number on a weekend or holiday, your package will be picked up by the carrier the following business day.


πŸ“¬ Age Verification & Proof of ID (Canada-Wide Orders)

We require adult signature and age verification (19+) on all shipments. This is mandatory and in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial regulations.

  • If no one of legal age is available at the time of delivery, your package will be redirected to your local post office for pickup.
  • Government-issued photo ID will be required to retrieve your package.
  • If your package is returned because age verification failed, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Due to government bans and regulations, we do not ship to any provinces or countries where the sale or importation of vaping products is restricted or prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All U.S. states with flavour bans or closed pod bans
  • New Brunswick, Canada (no flavoured juices or disposables; tobacco flavour only)

If an order is placed from a restricted location:

  • We will cancel the order and issue a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • No closed pod systems or flavoured products will be shipped to restricted provinces or countries under Health Canada or FDA restrictions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery option.

Free or discounted shipping offers may apply during promotions and will be clearly advertised.


❗ Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.
  • If an order cannot be delivered due to customer error, no refund will be issued for shipping fees.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Due to restrictions and bans in the U.S. and other countries, we only ship within Canada.


πŸ“¦ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility, CloudCity Vapes is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • If your package is delayed, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the shipping provider.
  • If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
